The Fenn Trap Mk4 may be used only for the purpose of killing grey squirrels, weasels, rats, mice, other small ground vermin (except for those species listed in Schedule 5 or 6 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981). The trap must be set in a natural or artificial tunnel which is, in either case, suitable for the purpose.
